Off-Hire or Extend Your Hire

Thanks for hiring with Access Hire. Please complete the form below to obtain your off-hire number quickly and securely.

Follow these 3 simple steps to avoid extra charges and ensure a smooth off-hire:

    Off-Hire by 1pm or pay a day

    Please ensure you complete this form and obtain your off-hire number by 1pm to avoid charges for an additional day. You're welcome to keep using the machine for the day - please advise us when it will be available for collection so that we can schedule transport.

    Clean your machine

    Remove all dirt, debris, materials and tools from the platform or basket.

  3. 3

    Prepare for collection

    Leave equipment in a safe, accessible location. Place the key in the yellow pouch with the logbook.

Additional Tips

  • Equipment elevated? Let us know where you have left the key.

  • Need traffic management? Advise us in the form under "Extra collection or site instructions".

  • Locked site? Arrange for someone on-site or provide gate codes or keys.

  • Limited light? Please provide suitable lighting for our drivers.
