The operation of a scissor lift does not require a high-risk work licence, however it is recommended that you have prior experience or knowledge on the operation of the equipment. If you don’t have the necessary knowledge, we offer competency training services along with a variety of ticketed training.

According to the EWPA, a harness is not required to operate a scissor lift, however is required to operate a boom lift. Please ensure you are aware of each site’s requirements, as they may have a requirement for a harness.
