LATEST SAFETY TECHNOLOGY IN SCISSOR LIFTS:
DINGLI ULTRASONIC ANTI-COLLISION SAFETY SYSTEM

Access hire Australia has just received a new range of Dingli scissor lifts equipped with the latest safety technology in access equipment. The Anti-collision system prevents crashes and serious injuries. It includes an Ultrasonic Safety Sensor fixed on the platform controller bracket to detect obstacles directly above.

THREE ALARM LEVELS

The system has three levels of prompts depending on how far the machine from an obstacle is.

1. When the Ultrasonic sensor (Platform control panel) is 4 meters away from an obstacle, the system alarms with 50 beeps per minute, and the platform LED display
   shows “0b”. (obstacle)
2. When the Ultrasonic sensor (Platform control panel) is 2 meters away from an obstacle, the system alarms with 110 beeps per minute, but it doesn’t limit the lift operation.
3. When the Ultrasonic sensor (Platform control panel) is 1,5 meters away from an obstacle, the system alarm is constant, and the lift function is disabled.

Once the alarm is activated the machine can only be operated by lowering the height of the platform or driving to an open position and every movement is recorded in “real-time” and logged in the machine’s ECU memory.
