These terms and conditions are applicable to the current Access Dollars promotion (“Offer”) for the current eligible products and incorporate the General Offer Terms and Conditions:

1. Applicability:

   1. 1. All boom lifts with a platform height equal to or greater than 45ft (“Boom Lifts”);
      2. All diesel fuelled engine powered scissor lifts (“Scissor Lifts”);The Offer is currently available only for “eligible product/s” :
      3. Not applicable to any other product or accessory required for the products stated in 1.1.1 and 1.1.2.
   2. This Offer is only applicable to Customers that have not traded with an Access Entity in an Australian state. Access Entity include:
      1. Access Hire,
      2. Access Express,
      3. Access Rentals Australia,
      4. Access Hire South Australia,
      5. Access Express SA,
      6. Access Equipment Hire 
      7. Access Indigenous.
   3. Offer numbers applicable are Boom Lifts: ADBL24 or Scissor Lifts ADSL24.
   4. This Offer is only redeemable for the first 200 customers only and Hire must commence on or before 30 June 2025.
   5. The Minimum hire period is at least 1 week per eligible product and is limited to:
      1. $250 per week discount for up to 4 weeks for all Boom Lifts hires. 
      2. $100 per week discount for up to 4 weeks for all Scissor Lifts hires.
