Offer-Specific Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to the Queensland 50%-off promotion ("Offer") and are to be read in conjunction with the relevant Hire Agreement and General Offer Terms & Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between the Offer, the relevant Hire Agreement and the General Terms and Conditions, the order of priority shall be as follows:
- The Offer;
- The Hire Agreement; and
- The General Offer Terms and Conditions.
1. The Offer
- Customers will receive 50% off agreed hire rates for the first three (3) months when they open a new trading account with Access Equipment Group Pty Ltd (ACN 131 094 874) ("Trading as Access Hire") in Queensland prior to 31st December 2026.
- The Offer applies to all hire equipment products, subject to machine availability. Equipment must be collected or transported from our Brisbane depot (AEH Brisbane).
- Exclusions:
- Transport
- Accessories
- Cleaning fees
- Fuel
- Damages
- Any other brand that is not trading as Access Hire
2. Eligibility
- The Offer is only available to new trading accounts ("NTA"), who have not previously traded with AEH Brisbane.
- Customers who have traded with other Access Hire entities outside Queensland (e.g. NSW depots) are still eligible so long as they have not previously hired equipment from AEH Brisbane.
3. Redemption
- Offer code QLD50-25 must be quoted at the time of order.
4. Duration
- The Offer will apply for three (3) months from the date the Customer executes a Hire Agreement.
- The Offer will terminate three (3) months after the date the Customer enters into their first Hire Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, if a Customer hires a piece of equipment from AEH Brisbane depot on 1 November 2025, and then a second piece of equipment on 1 December 2025, the Offer will expire for both pieces of equipment on 1 February 2026.
5. Limits
- No minimum hire period nor minimum spend is required for the Offer.
- No limit on the number of machines or the number of contracts entered during the three (3) months period.
6. Substitutions
- Where hire equipment is sourced outside Access Hire, ie Access Hire does not have its own equipment available for rent, the Offer will not apply. Customers may request written confirmation in advance where exceptions are sought.
